The twentieth Enterprise Impact News features the article
"Assessing macro-level ICT policies" by Rona
Wilkinson. She introduces her article by stating, "It is
well known that access to information and knowledge has the potential
to improve the livelihoods of poor people and most donors and multinational
agencies recognise the importance of ICTs for sustainable development.

micro level but macro level policy is also fundamental".
