Student Opinions

SED Student - 1

"The course exceeded my expectations by miles. This is top quality education: it challenges you to identify the real issues behind today's complex environmental problems, and to really evaluate the 'solutions' offered. And the resources Manchester provides are immense." (Judith Rutnam - MSc Environmental Governance)

SED student - 2

"I really appreciated the high quality of the programme. In most classes the teaching was of exceptional quality and made it easy to acquire lots of knowledge. The topics we discussed in the courses were highly relevant, and when I started working programme I could make direct use of the knowledge I gained during the time in Manchester." (Jana Hoeffken - MSc Industry, Trade and Development)

SED Student - 3

"Lecturers and guest lecturers communicated their own knowledge and experience, which was very inspiring and valuable. My classmates were from various backgrounds too, and being able to work with them for assignments and group work was another chance to learn. Class size was not massive so everyone enjoyed a good environment." (Zheng Zhao - MA Environmental Impact Assessment and Management)
