Research Reports

Staff in Planning and Landscape regularly produce research reports, in particular under the aegis of research centres CURE, CUPS, GURC and MARC.

Journals

Impact Assessment and Project Appraisal, the journal of the International Association for Impact Asssessment, is edited by Colin Kirkpatrick and Carys Jones through the School's EIA Centre. International in its coverage, the journal welcomes papers on the environmental, social, health, and technology assessment of projects, programmes, plans and policies. IAPA carries practice reports and book reviews as well as papers, and is accessible online through Ingenta Connect, EbscoHost and SwetsWise: www.scipol.demon.co.uk/iapa.htm

Through Cecilia Wong's co-editorship with Peter Batey and David Massey of the University of Liverpool,  SED is also involved in Town Planning Review which has been the world's leading journal of urban and regional planning since its foundation in 1910 and continues its leading role today from its original home in the Department of Civic Design in the University of Liverpool. TPR is hosted online by Marston Book Services and is accessible at:
