Our research aims to shape both research and policy agendas of spatial planning, environmental management, urban regeneration and regional development.
In the past five years, we have attracted in excess of £2.5 million in research grants from research councils and foundations, international agencies, central and local governments, and commercial and charitable bodies.
Our research performance has placed us amongst the very top Planning and Architecture schools in the UK.
We offer 3 BA programmes and a 4-year undergraduate masters programme validated by the RTPI.

Award won by MPLAN student, Yolanda Bashir-Paige
Yolanda was a student here from September 2010, and graduated from the MPLAN programme last summer. She recently won an award, with the story being published in The Royal Gazette, her home country, Bermuda’s official newspaper.
