The Livikon is a two star taverna fronting the harbour in Chora Sphakion. Accommodation is in twin or three-bedded en suite rooms on a bed and breakfast basis.
The field course cost includes bed and breakfast accommodation but excludes cost of all other meals. Alcohol is relatively inexpensive in Crete. There is very little else to spend your money on in Sphakia! Assume you will need to find about £15 per day for food, and also budget for drinks. There no bank but there is a single ATM in Chora Sphakion, and an exchange in the tourist office which will accept credit cards. Best to take enough Euros with you, rather than counting on changing money when in Crete.
