Virtual Fieldwork
The Dark Peak Virtual Fieldwork site provides a virtual introduction to peatland environments in the South Pennines, focussing in particular on the Bleaklow Plateau. It is used for first year geography teaching at the University of Manchester but there is material here that will be useful to sixth form geographers and of interest to all with enthusiasm for the uplands of Britain.
